Atos joins Movement to Work to support young people into employment across the UK

United Kingdom – February 2, 2026

Atos, a global leader in secure, AI-driven digital transformation, has joined Movement to Work, a UK-wide employer-led movement dedicated to breaking the ‘no experience – no job’ cycle facing young people not in education, employment or training (NEET).

While Atos’ existing early careers and outreach programmes have traditionally focused on schools, colleges and universities, joining Movement to Work enables the company to extend its reach to the young people who are furthest from the labour market.

Led by its Social Value team, the partnership will see Atos deliver work experience placements, insight days, careers guidance and apprenticeship opportunities, creating meaningful pathways into employment for the young people who need them most.

This commitment will continue to develop as Atos expands its investments in the UK&I, such as its Sovereign and Agentic AI capabilities, embedding social value into its long-term UK&I operating model.
