Every employee has free access, with no management approval required, to a range of technical and IT courses, as well as business and management skills training. Courses can be taken online or downloaded. Courses are supported by qualified mentors and reference materials available 24/7.

MyLearning portal

The Atos MyLearning portal provides all our Atos employees with direct access to global learning opportunities. Via the user-friendly MyLearning portal, employees have access to a catalogue of training programs, can book a course, request management approval (if required), and create and track their individual development plan. Managers have access to the development plans of their team in order to offer support and advice. The MyLearning portal provides a single way of working across the global Group. A new version of this portal is being introduced in 2017.

Carine Molle - Business Analyst

Joeri van Antenhove - Senior Service Manager

I am busy in the IT sector since 30 years now.  During this huge and wonderful career I had the opportunity and the great luck to play different functions.  I could evolve from a developer to Business Analyst, but also acting as a BID Manager or Trainer. Since more than 15 years, I play the role of Business Analyst.  This role or function allowed me to work for customers operating in a wide variety of sectors.  But more of that, this role allowed me to work in multidisciplinary and international teams.  I had the opportunity to work on projects carried out for private companies, for Belgian public sectors but also for European Commission.  This diversity is a richness both professionally and personally.  Thanks to all of these missions, I met people that I could never met.  All the experience acquired over the years has been capitalised and can be used efficiently for  other projects and other customers. If I look back on my career, I just can summarise it : “It is a very rich career”.  This richness is due to the fact that I am working in a big company active in multiple domains of technology, different market areas and also on international level. The evolution of my career, by changing of function, moving from one customer to another one, working through different sectors or even working abroad is an advantage offered only by a big company. Even more, the continuous learning offered to us is aligned with the new methods of analysis and project management and allows us to increase our competencies and knowledge. Thanks to all of these parameters and advantages, we can demonstrate to the customers that we are professionals in our domain and they can count on us.

I joined Atos 9 years ago with the Siemens acquisition.
I started my career as a junior technical engineer within a dynamic team serving a wide area of customers from different business cultures. Very soon in my career I enjoyed working independent and I really loved the fact of being encouraged to propose and deliver various improvements. Atos interpersonal communication style made me feel at home and welcome to contribute, no matter your gender or age.
Rather soon down my professional journey within Atos I got the chance to prove myself as a Service Manager for one of our largest Belgian customers. I felt honoured and was eager to learn and implement new skills. Together with my team and the customer we focussed on bringing a high quality service and customer satisfaction. Not much time later Atos promoted me to become a Team Leader. A job which till today brought me much valuable insights within people management and the Atos company culture.
Down my entire professional career within Atos I felt supported by the management and valuable internal training programs. Atos really invested in me for being able to achieve personal ambitions. Working for Atos means working on a daily base with a wide variety of cultures from all around the world. Especially the friendly open culture within our multinational company is something I’ve never experienced before.

Bid Manager

Atos Belgium is in search of a Bid Manager. As Bid Manager you support the Account Executives by leading the bid team in creating a winning IT proposal featuring Atos’ portfolio of Infrastructure & Data Management solutions. Our clients and prospects are leading companies and institutions in a variety of markets like automotive, manufacturing, banking, media, telecom, etc.

Junior Low-code Developer

We focus on application development using OutSystems and Mendix. Where we are experienced in the cloud platform as well as the on-premise platform. It’s our aim that each team member is certified. For OutSystems we have people certified at the levels of Associate, Professional and Tech lead. For Mendix we have certifications on the levels rapid developer and advanced developer.

SAP consultant

Many of our current projects entail transforming existing SAP landscapes to our own platform Canopy or our partner’s hybrid cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Platform and Amazon). Being a SAP Logistics Consultant at Atos is a challenging role that will vary with each different project, but fundamentally you will be involved in the presales, design, specification, build, test and go-live phases of the required SAP solution at each client.

Junior Java Developer

To expand our JAVA core competence team, we are looking for enthusiastic & ambitious developers. You are an experienced JAVA front-end and/or back-end developer, preferably familiar with Spring MVC and Hibernate or JPA. You are a team player, but also capable of working independently of your colleagues. If wanted, it’s possible to grow towards a team lead function or an architectural role.

Step 3: First interview

Was the introduction over the phone positive? Then we would like to invite you for a first meeting to get to know you. We are curious about you as a person, your ambitions and interest. Of course we will also tell you more about the job, the team and Atos as an employer.

Step 4: Second interview

If we are both have positive impression after the first interview, a second interview follows, usually with the hiring manager of the division where you applied. In addition to the ‘personal click’, it is primarily your professional knowledge and role within the department that is the subject of discussion. We will go deeper into what the job entails and what we expect from you. Does that match your view and expectation of the job? Both interviews are definitely also for you to explore and ask questions!

Step 5: Offer

Most of the time after two conversations, we know whether you are the right person for the job. If we are both enthusiastic, an offer will follow as soon as possible. Innovatos 2019 at Atos Belgium

We had the honour to welcome more than 200 people at Innovatos Belgium. During the event, we organized great workshops and demo’s, and our participants had the chance to step into the world of AI and IoT, get the latest cloud insights, learn more about blockchain in practice and discover many more innovative technologies. It was a great and inspirational evening, so hereby a little throwback! We are already looking forward to our next edition!

The Beacon

Together with 16 other companies and 120 researchers from Imec and the University of Antwerp, Atos has moved into The Beacon. The Beacon, an initiative from the city of Antwerp, is a brand new innovation hub where commercial organizations and scientists will work together on IoT solutions for industry, logistics and smart cities of tomorrow. The hub is located in the old toll house and offers office space for start-ups, scale-ups and technology companies that want to work on IoT development.

Ghent University engages Atos to build third Tier1 VSC supercomputer supporting research in Flanders

Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, announces that it has signed a 6-year contract for a value of over 10 Million Euro with Ghent University (UGent) to deliver the next Tier1 supercomputer for the Flemish Supercomputer Center VSC. This supercomputer will help researchers from academic research institutions, government and industry to speed up time-consuming calculations and solve complex computational problems: from modeling weather and climate change to supporting the development of renewable energy and accelerating the search for new medicine. Most significantly, supercomputers have recently been instrumental in research combatting COVID-19, including in Flanders.
