After a long career as a journalist and television presenter, Sylwia now operates in the domain of innovative solutions in the field of digital workplace, employee experience and wellbeing. As a technologist and a member of the Atos Research Community (ARC), she helps design employee journeys and define employee needs with a human-centric perspective. As a humanist, Sylwia is passionate about needs, happiness, dignity and human development. She values manifestations of human creativity, innovation and art.
