The 2020 edition of the BUX Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place from Tuesday March 17th to Wednesday March 18th 2020 in Angers, France (on the Atos premises).

The agenda in brief

Monday March 16th

  • Travel to Angers.
  • Informal evening dinner (not sponsored, each guest pays for her/his dinner)

Tuesday March 17th

Morning:

  • Bus transfer from Angers downtown to Atos site at 8h30
  • Presentations starting from 9h20: update from Atos HPC & Quantum management, roadmaps, other insights from Atos
  • Buffet lunch on site

Afternoon:

  • Visit of Atos factory and HPC staging lab, site updates, AMD presentation
  • Transfer back to Angers downtown and dinner sponsored by AMD

Wednesday March 18th

Morning:

  • Bus transfer to Atos site at 8h30
  • BUX organizational session, the charter and elections starting from 9h20
  • Improvement opportunities session
  • Deep Dive Sessions with feedback from BUX
  • Buffet lunch on site

Afternoon:

  • Conclusion of Deep Dive Sessions
  • Transfer back to Angers downtown for social event and dinner sponsored by Atos
