Yann Dietrich is the Group Head of Intellectual Property, AI & Tech Regulations at Atos Group legal department. In this role, he leads global strategy and governance across intellectual property, artificial intelligence, and emerging technology regulations, with a strong focus on AI governance and compliance at the moment. He is also a recognized thought leader, engaged with the Licensing Executives Society (LES) and the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI). Since 2005, Yann has lectured at several French universities, sharing his expertise in IP strategy and licensing, and more recently on topics such as innovation and Artificial intelligence.
