About Ola Clark


Customer-Centric Design Analyst, CX Lab, Atos UK&I

Ola Clark is a Customer Experience (CX) Creative focusing on Business Transformation Services, for Atos’ UK&I clients. She is passionate about design and the growing importance of CX within today's technologically dynamic marketplace. She is responsible for end to end customer journeys, from the define stage where there is importance on data analytics, through to the design and delivery phase where there is involvement in prototyping, graphic design and customer testing.

Leading up to this stage in her career, Ola has gained experience within different industries through various roles. For example, she trained as a fighter pilot with the RAF, co-founded a company called Monomise, worked as a marketing campaign manager for the University of Strathclyde and worked with several start-ups. One of her main passions is entrepreneurship, which is what her degree and research specialised in. Additionally, Ola loves travelling and has worked in cities in Australia, USA and across Europe.
