About Joanna Lis-Pankau
Joanna has 17 years of experience in both, telecommunications and the IT industry. Currently, in close cooperation with Global OSS Competency Center, she takes care of program management and sales activities. Her main focus is on OSS solutions for Tier 1 telecom operators, mainly workforce management, service assurance and order management. She is an active participant in transformation projects – both in changing the infrastructure platforms and migration from on-prem to cloud and new process delivery, together with IT tools exchange. Throughout her career she has always focused on operational excellence and customer needs, starting from system analyst throughout the program management.
