Atos, Red Hat and Libelium pave the way to the people-centered smart city
Atos is participating in the Smart City Expo World Congress as co-exhibitor of FIWARE and joining forces with Red Hat and Libelium. This unique partnership provides companies essential complementary resources to accelerate business outcomes and further drive value creation.
Atos and its FIWARE partners, Red Hat and Libelium, are leveraging existing Digital Public Goods (DPGs) such as open software, open data, open content, open standards, and open AI models, creating a trusted environment for the combination and processing of data of different sources, and providing technical assistance to facilitate the development and the adoption of data-driven policy and decision making, and the development of public services.
With a centre of excellence that supports smart city engagements on a global scale, Atos developed an open, interoperable, and highly scalable framework to help companies overcome major challenges including:
- Break silos leading to improve efficiency in decision making and optimize investments.
- Reduce Integration Complexity which increase reliability and reduce costs while protecting data.
- Achieve Interoperability to unlock the value of shared data and establish standards for data formats and structures.
- Processing and synthesizing data from different sources to foster innovation and supports evidence-based decision-making.
