What is system simulation?

System simulation combines properties of individual components and their interactions into dynamic behavior of the whole system. Component design and selections can be confirmed by inspecting the correct system level operation with a virtual model.

Different physical domains can be considered in the same model, which enables comprehensive system design. Combining thermal, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical behavior with control logic, shows what really limits the system performance.
