Five Atos Global Delivery Center and Regional Business Entities in India are “Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM” for the year 2023-24

Mumbai, India, 3rd July 2023

Atos announced today that five of its India Global Delivery Centers (GDCs) and regional business entities have been Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM by Great Place to Work® India for the year 2023-24.

The Great Place to Work® (GPTW) Certification was awarded based on the Great Place to Work® Model© devised by Great Place to Work® which includes the Trust Index© Survey i.e. the results of the GPTW confidential employee survey program done in September 2022.

Nasir Shaikh, Head of Human Resources, Atos India said: The reflection of the engaged employees in its best form is their commitment to the organization and its goals. This year’s Great Place to Work-CertificationTM results highlight our people’s trust in the organization, leadership, and world-class practices. We help connect everyone’s contribution to the organization’s goals, giving higher clarity and meaning to what our people do. It allows employees to remain invested. I am very grateful for the feedback our employees have given us, which has brought these laurels to Atos once again.

Great Place to Work – CertificationTM is the most definitive “Employer-of-Choice” recognition that corporate organizations aspire to achieve. The certification is recognized worldwide by employees and employers alike and is regarded as the ‘Gold Standard’ in identifying and recognizing Great Workplace Cultures©.

To be a “Great Place to Work – CertifiedTM,” organizations must pass a rigorous process. It includes direct feedback from the participating employees through the annual Great Place to Work® survey.

The Great Place to Work® Certification process comprehends a stringent audit of all the people practices and benchmarking with several organizations in the market. It is an amalgamation of various elements of employee perceptions and thoughts articulated by them through the survey about the gratifying work environment, trust, pride in their work, an inclusive environment, and equal opportunities, among many other workplace aspects.

The Great Place to Work® certification is the testimony of an excellent workplace with a positive and supportive work environment pursued by Atos. We want to encourage our people to be responsible for their development and thrive in our diverse, inclusive, creative, progressive, and collaborative workplace. We respect and sincerely participate in GPTW, recognizing it as a valuable assessment survey, and are proud to say the Group has certification in 61 entities across 44 countries. said Paul Peterson, Chief HR Officer, Atos.

Great Place to Work® is a highly acclaimed international organization with an employee experience platform for evaluating and identifying companies with best practices and programs in human resource management and company culture, employing a progressive strategy for its business and people, enhancing employee experience and engagement.
