Atos South Korea receives Great Place to Work® award

Amidst a dynamic landscape of growth and regardless of the limitations that were brought on by the pandemic, employees in South Korea have given a big thumbs up to the efforts by the management to enhance a work culture of inclusivity and excellence.
This is a clear signal that the messages of decarbonization, communication style, and cultural amplification have not gone unnoticed therefore earning a 93% participation rate and a 73% on the Trust index in a survey led by the Great Place to Work® institution.

The Great Place to Work® institute uses a unique methodology to help organizations identify and define unique and compelling employee value propositions.
The focus is on identifying the attraction, engagement, and retention drives of the key talent archetypes within the organization.
This module has 95 questions which then lead to the findings around the Trust Index and provides detailed insight towards a roadmap that delivers on an Employer Value Proposition and brand promise.
