Cloudreach, an Atos company, Extends Nordic Presence to Support Atos OneCloud from New Stockholm Hub

New office will support growing demand for cloud adoption across the Nordic region

Nordics, 7 September 2022

Cloudreach, an Atos company, an independent multi-cloud services company, today announced the launch of its new office in the Swedish capital as it continues its growth across Europe and into the Nordic region. This is the latest expansion for Cloudreach, following the launch of a new office in Budapest, Hungary. The new office in Stockholm will create a number of jobs in sales, cloud engineering, consulting and data science.

Cloudreach will bring its experience of providing end-to-end cloud IT transformation services in areas such as cloud strategy consulting, cloud infrastructure design and build, cloud application migration and modernization, cloud managed services, cloud security and DevOps services to the Nordics. Cloudreach already has an existing customer base across the region and will be looking to grow its footprint as the demand for cloud migration and services grows. This expansion initiative is in collaboration with AWS, following a Strategic Collaboration Agreement signed by the two organizations in 2021. The agreement highlights the Nordics as a region for collaborative growth, as together, Cloudreach and AWS look to accelerate cloud adoption, modernization, and innovation for customers in the region.

David Kress, Managing Director for Northern Europe at Cloudreach said; “The Nordics is a high-growth region that consistently drives innovation forward. We are excited to expand our footprint in the region to support businesses, solve the most complex cloud engineering challenges, and accelerate growth for the majority of workloads that still need to be modernised. With a rich history in leading the world in decarbonization and innovation in sustainable technology, the region aligns with Atos’ ethos and expertise in sustainability, and we look forward to helping customers leverage AWS services which are powered by 100% renewable energy data centers”.

Harri Saikkonen Managing Director for Atos in the Nordics said, “As part of Atos OneCloud, Cloudreach will complement Atos extremely well in the growing Nordics market. Clients are seeking for help to accelerate their transformation leveraging the Public Cloud, and Cloudreach brings a strong set of solutions and skills to the market place. We are warmly welcoming Cloudreach to the Nordics and look forward to drive value to our clients.”

Cloudreach has a large footprint in Northern Europe with offices in key locations such as
Amsterdam, Edinburgh, and London. We are delighted to add Stockholm to this growing list and
we look forward to attracting and developing the deep pool of local talent which, in turn, will
provide incredible insight and value to our customers, wherever they are based.”
