Atos in the Philippines has been awarded as “Best Company Of The Year” and “Best Contact Center/BPO Company” by the International ICT Awards Philippines Organization in its 16th edition. The objective of the “Best Company Of The Year” award is to recognize the outstanding company in the Philippines for ICT-enabled provision of services that is an inspirational role model for the Philippine business community and internationally. Besides, the “Best Contact Center/BPO Company” aims to recognize the most outstanding company in the Philippines providing voice and non-voice contact and BPO services that is an inspirational role model for the Philippine business community and internationally.

The International ICT Awards follow well-defined and published criteria to judge winners across multiple categories. The decision is made by a distinguished Panel of Judges, guidelines for judging, and appeal procedures. The award nominees are judged on multiple parameters such as the growth of the company, size, quality and diversity of clientele, depth and breadth of competencies, company management and support by company of public goods.
