Atos announces Atos Product Quality Inspection with ServiceNow to maximize Operational Performance in Manufacturing

Paris, France – May 12, 2021

Atos today announces Atos Product Quality Inspection, a single unifying solution that enables users to maximize operational performance by improving conformity and reducing defect density in the manufacturing process, while also reducing supply chain risk.

The solution uses ServiceNow, with Atos’s artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, to connect multiple data sources, reduce costs of non-conformities, and improve inspection repeatability by leveraging industry 4.0 principles.

Atos Product Quality Inspection is now available on the ServiceNow Industry Partner Solutions Showcase and as part of Atos Smart Factory Solutions. The portfolio of Atos Smart Factory solutions recognizes the existing assets manufacturers have invested heavily in and determines how enterprises can enhance their current technological infrastructure to bring their factory into the future, without discarding the past.

“Atos Product Quality Inspection connects multiple data sources to improve visibility in the manufacturing process. This materially reduces the costs of non-conformities as well as supply chain risks. Operational performance is maximized to the extent that we can detect up to 95% of unidentified errors in customer projects, while saving 70% of the time.” said Thilo Stieber, CDO, Manufacturing, Atos

“Atos’ deep manufacturing industry expertise, combined with ServiceNow’s continued innovation across the Now Platform will help manufacturers empower their workers with relevant visibility, availability, and security,” said Binoy Gosalia, Global Head of Industry Partnerships at ServiceNow. “Our combined innovation improves experiences and helps maximize performance across the manufacturing value chain.”

ServiceNow Industry Partner Solutions extend ServiceNow’s capabilities to deliver industry-specific apps and services that are tailored to customers’ unique digital transformation needs.
