Atos recognized as “digital champion” by Forbes CAC 40 Digital Index

November 28, 2019

Atos has been ranked number #1 in the Forbes CAC 40 Digital Index which analyzes the strategies in terms of digital transformation of the 40 largest French listed companies. This ranking is produced by Forbes France, in partnership with Eric Caen, expert in digital transformation, former McDonald’s Europe’s Director for Digital & New Technologies[1].

We are extremely proud of this top ranking which recognizes Atos’ excellence in digital transformation and our commitment to being the preferred digital partner of our customers – by leveraging advanced technology, and both IT and business knowledge,” said Philippe Mareine, Chief Digital & Transformation Officer at Atos.

The Forbes CAC 40 Digital Index evaluates the digitalization of the CAC 40 listed companies, relying on external observation and reflecting the technological foundation and its expansion (social networks management and engagement, digital innovation, omni-channel management); the capacity to listen to clients; the user experience; the quality and strengths of the digital ecosystem.

Two years after the first edition of the Forbes CAC 40 Digital Index in 2017, Atos is, thus, the leader of the 2019 version of the ranking, earning the status of digital champion. In addition, Atos is among the companies that have best progressed in comparison with the year 2017 (+13 points, and +4 ranks).

The Atos Group Digital Transformation Program “Digital NOW” is driving the next wave of Digital transformation, increasing the focus on industry vertical solutions, deepening customer intimacy, enhancing end user digital experience and pulling through all Atos’ digital technology capabilities.

Atos has strengthened the program by focusing on the cultural change to learn and adapt to new digital ways of working and digital co-innovation with customers, partners and the start-up ecosystem.
