Atos once again receives ISO 14001 certification, well-known environmental management standard, and enters CAC 40 environment financial index

Paris, October 18, 2018

Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, today confirms that it has been re-certified ISO 14001 for the next 3 years.

ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS), which provides an operational tool for measuring environmental goals.

The multi-site certification process was introduced to ensure that all countries and business units within the Atos Group were fully aligned with the Group’s Environmental Policy. Following the nature of the certification, the policy covers a wide range of environmental issues, including carbon emissions, energy consumption, travel impact, waste and recycling management, water conservation and employee

awareness.

In addition, Atos has just been selected by Euronext to be affiliated in its new financial index, CAC 40 for the environment. This new Euronext CDP Environment France EW index covers the top 40 companies in the SBF 120 index based on data provided by the CDP (the non-profit ONG with the largest global environmental dataset), which annually measures the climate performance of more than 6,000 companies worldwide. The index will integrate the 40 highest rated values by the CDP (list A) of which Atos is a part.
