Atos wins prestigious Award for its talent program in partnership with Cambridge and Paderborn Universities

Atos, in partnership with the Cambridge University’s Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) and Paderborn University’s Software Innovation Campus (SICP), have won the prestigious 2018 European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) Excellence in Practice Silver Award in the ‘Professional Development’ category for its talent development program ‘Gold for Experts’.

Gold for Experts is Atos’ flagship curriculum for developing business technology leaders. This six-month residential program is the cornerstone of Atos’ Expert career track, aiming to further develop the leadership skills of people with a technology background. In 2018, Gold for Experts is running for the tenth time!

Marc Meyer, EVP Group Executive & Talent Management Group Communications, commented: “We are delighted to receive this award, which recognizes the expertise and trusted partnership we have built together with the Institute for Manufacturing at Cambridge University and the Software Innovation Campus at Paderborn University. Our work has exceeded all expectations: to date, Atos has welcomed 300 delegates from 23 different nationalities.”

Judith Shawcross, Head of Executive and Professional Development at IfM, led the development of the program: “All partners and contributors involved worked hard to make this project happen. It is a real privilege to guide the Atos delegates on their learning journey and witness their project achievements.”
