Atos selects Air-Lynx to offer an ultra-secure LTE network to intervention forces

22 January 2018

Atos integrates Air-Lynx tactical LTE* bubbles in its Hoox for mission offer.

Atos secures and integrates Air-Lynx tactical LTE bubbles into Hoox for mission, the ultra-secure 4G communications solution for intervention forces. Air-Lynx is an innovative French company which offers private 4G LTE solutions.

The Air-Lynx solution includes a range of transportable and mobile (man pack) casing, adapted by Atos to meet critical mission requirements: transportability, autonomy and outdoor operation whatever the weather.

The Hoox for mission solution provides an additional high level of security. It natively integrates the tactical LTE bubbles, and connects them, if necessary, to the public network.

Atos’ technology secures all the links in the communication chain: Hoox smartphones, Hoox mobile hubs, administration system, public and private LTE networks. This end to end security covers the communications (voice, video), as well as messages and data transfer.

With the Air-Lynx solutions integrated in Hoox for mission, intervention forces benefit on the field from a secure private network, independent of the public network, and running transparently from one network to another.

The secure tactical LTE bubbles allow the field forces to have, everywhere and at any time, a high-speed connection ensuring privacy, integrity and resilience of communications.
