Paris, Helsinki, 6th of April 2017

Fortum, a leading clean-energy company in the Nordics, has signed a three year frame service agreement with Atos, a leader in digital transformation, on Fortum’s IT system maintenance, support work and development services. The contract covers the Nordic and Baltic regions, Poland and Russia.

For Fortum this frame agreement enables better development flexibility and increased operations efficiency. With the new solutions Atos joins Fortum’s change towards a cleaner world through digitalization.

“With the new agreement we are able to focus on our key activities and can free more resources for the important development work. Atos provides Fortum a comprehensive Application Management Service solution. The end-to-end business process management and control system solution ensures a preventive operating model for IT services and orchestration of both cloud and traditional data center services.

“We are proud that Fortum chose us as their preferred IT partner and pleased to support their digital transformation journey. In our service model we utilize the latest digital technologies, such as automation and robotics.
