“Caisse des Dépôts selects Diamis’ CRISTAL software package”

Caisse des Dépôts has selected CRISTAL software package from Diamis, an Atos joint venture with Sopra Steria, for performing control of financial outflow and intraday liquidity management.

CRISTAL is the market leading solution for banks participating in Target2. The CRISTAL User Group includes several Target2 Critical Participants and defines evolutions of the software in compliance with regulatory changes as well as in regards of constantly more demanding business requirements for intraday liquidity management.

CRISTAL implements the monitoring of urgent or high-value payment settlement in Target2 and efficient control of outflows. It enables actual proactivity in liquidity management and facilitates settlement of timely obligations through fine tuning of the intraday position. Thus it enables to reduce settlement risk and intraday liquidity risk.

CRISTAL also implements real-time position monitoring and the use of Target2 liquidity management features through secured application-to-application connection to the ICM.
