The 2023 Atos & SAP DEI Summit

The 6th annual Atos Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Summit was held on the 24th & 25th of January this year in partnership with SAP. The theme was The Evolution of Belonging. It focused on elevating conversations on how Atos and other organisations can foster a sense of belonging within a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. There were over 2,000 attendees, throughout the event, from 37 different countries.

The 14 sessions available ranged from ‘The Role of Culture and Belonging in Digital Transformation’ to ‘Creating an Inclusive Workforce’. The event was about bringing real, practical change in the workplace to promote inclusion for everybody. The sessions had positive feedback from attendees and high engagement from Atos colleagues, who took the time to engage in the sessions.

Dawn Osbourne, HRBP Senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager, Northern Europe, event lead commented, “What a way to kick off 2023 with our 6th DEI Summit and second in partnership with SAP! It was an honour to host such an impactful event with high levels of engagement. A massive thank you to our session contributors and the fabulous team behind the scenes at Atos and SAP.”
