Atos ranked first overall in Whitelane’s 2020 IT Outsourcing Study for Belgium and Luxembourg
Brussel, February 27, 2020– Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, today announced it was ranked first overall in the latest edition of the Belgium & Luxembourg IT Sourcing Study conducted by Whitelane Research and based on client satisfaction. As part of this study, Atos also ranked first in the category ‘Data centre, managed infrastructure and hosting’ for the third consecutive year. Above all, the satisfaction of Atos’ customers has increased significantly, from 77 to 82% in one year.
This client satisfaction survey, which is the most representative on the market, investigates more than 500 unique IT outsourcing relationships held by over 210 of the top IT spending organizations in Belgium and Luxemburg. All industry sectors are represented.
“With 37 contracts participating in the survey – 25% more than the year before and the highest participation amongst all outsourcings providers – 90% of their clients were satisfied or very satisfied with the services provided, which is quite remarkable,” states Jef Loos, Head of Sourcing Research Europe from Whitelane Research. “The stability of the local management team; the right balance in the delivery between flexibility to adapt and standardization; and a strong local team of experts are, for sure, contributors to this success”.
“We are delighted that for 3 years in a row we are ranked first for ‘Data centre, managed infrastructure and hosting services’ and that the satisfaction increased from 77% in 2019 to 84% in 2020” says Patrick Hendrickx, Head of Infrastructure and Data Management Atos Belgium and Luxembourg. “This area is a key activity within Atos and a core component of our Cloudification Strategy in which we drive Application modernization and transformation in combination with the move to Hybrid Cloud. Getting this continuous appreciation from our customers is extremely encouraging and shows that we are doing the right thing: flexibility in adapting our delivery model to the outsourcing maturity-level and specific short and long-term objectives of our customers in combination with a strong developed and high-qualified local team of experts and extended with global delivery and R&D capabilities in the domains of automation, service management, high performant compute platforms, big data, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.”
“Each year, we are looking forward to the Whitelane survey results, because they reflect our ultimate KPI: our clients’ satisfaction with our services”, explains Antoine Kerrinckx, CEO at Atos Belgium & Luxembourg. “We are extremely pleased with the overall n°1 ranking this year which is a first for Atos in Belgium. The overall n°1 ranking reflects the global satisfaction cross-domain meaning ‘Data centre, managed infrastructure and hosting services’, ‘Application Development, Maintenance and Testing’ and ‘End-user services’. This recognition, more than anything else, inspires us to continue to raise the bar. Our teams’ passion, knowhow and flexibility are perfectly complemented by the expertise of our global delivery centers worldwide, in order to delight our customers in the years to come.”
