Atos selected by McDonald’s Belgium for technology support
Brussels, Belgium – 27 October 2022
Atos has signed a contract with McDonald’s Belgium to provide service desk and onsite services over the next five years, assisting over 100 restaurants to serve high customer volumes efficiently.
Providing instant access to service-desk technicians, the Restaurant Technology Service Desk from Atos enables on-site, real-time technical support. This enables McDonald’s restaurants to operate optimally and to focus on its core restaurant operations, maintaining the consistently high customer service levels associated with the world’s pre-eminent fast-service restaurant brand.
Dutch and French speaking service-desk technicians will have direct contact with front-line onsite services teams, allowing technicians to provide continuous support on a range of issues that require in-restaurant presence, such as fixing or installing hardware and changing or deleting devices.
