We are a Stonewall Global Diversity Champion and committed to promoting and supporting diversity in the workplace.
In 2018, we signed the UN Standards of Conduct For Business, aligning ourselves with the focus on inclusivity for all, and in 2019, we signed L’Autre Cercle’s charter, pledging support to our LGBTI employees, and to working with them to ensure that their voices are heard when setting or revising policies and hiring and promoting our employees worldwide.
“When employees feel valued, safe, and respected, they naturally perform better. Our AtosPride Global Network seeks to ensure that our LGBTI employees can perform at peak in a workplace that honors and respects them.”
Denise Reed Lamoreaux

Our AtosPride and allies employee network is open to everyone, regardless of whether they identify as LGBTI or not. The network continues to grow and we have:

- Worked with clients and suppliers to share best practice and progress on LGBTI inclusion.
- Launched an HR guide, LGBT+ International Working
- Delivered Unconscious Bias training.
- Run programs such as the UK&I’s reverse mentoring relationships between senior leaders and LGBTI employees
- Provided support to Trans employees, their line managers & HR through a Gender Transition policy
- Hosted webinars that allow us to educate our employees and provide resources and information on any LGBTI related topic.
