Joanna Swiatkowska
Secretary General of the European Cyber Security Organisation
Dr. Joanna Świątkowska is the Secretary General at the European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO). She serves on the Advisory Group at ENISA and the Research Council at NASK, the Polish National Research Institute. Her commitment also extends to a ceremonial role as the godmother of the regimental colors for the Regional Computing Center Kraków, (a unit of the Polish Cyber Defence Forces). Joanna’s career spans key leadership and academic roles. Most recently, she was a Director in the Supply Chain Cyber and Information Security team at UBS (2020-2022). She is also the founder and former Programme Director of the European Cybersecurity Forum—CYBERSEC (2014-2019) and a Senior Cybersecurity Expert at the Kosciuszko Institute (2009-2019). Her background also includes an academic position as an Assistant Professor at AGH University of Science and Technology (2018-2020). A recognized cybersecurity expert and speaker, she has driven numerous national and international initiatives at the intersection of technology and public policy. This includes her impactful roles, such as a member of the Advisory Group for Cybersecurity of the Republic of Poland at the Polish Presidential National Bureau of Security from 2016 to 2017. She was listed among the 100 Eastern Europe’s emerging technology stars by the Financial Times & New Europe 100 for 2017, as well as inserted among the Top 20 Women in Cybersecurity by the Women in Tech summit for 2019. In 2016 she took part in the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP) on Cybersecurity and Government Interoperability.

Maciej calls himself Cyber Security MATE, which stands for Manager, Architect, Transformer and Enabler. He has 20 years of experience and expertise in various IT and Cybersecurity global roles in the areas of Strategy, Design, Transformation, Operations and Continual Improvement. Having DevOps principles at heart, he is constantly focused on creating high value services for clients – supporting them reactively in difficult times during cyber-attacks and proactively in calm times during security transformations and building cyber resilience. In the current role, accountable for Executive Advisory and top-notch cyber experts from CERT domain covering services: Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Crisis Management, Crisis Simulation, Threat Intelligence, Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management and Red Teaming.
Aldo Sebastiani
SVP Global CyberSec Center, Leonardo
Aldo Sebastiani today holds the role of SVP Global CyberSec Center (Trusted and Mission-critical provider of cyber services and consultancy, as well as cyber solutions design and build ) of Leonardo's Cyber & Security Solutions Division. The Global CyberSec Center is focused on the Aerospace, Defense and Security sector and operates across multiple regions (EU, UK and ME). Aldo is graduated in telecommunication engineering and recognized as manager and expert in cybersecurity and intelligence area. Over 20 years-long career within Leonardo, he held various roles in a broad array of fields related to Infosec, cybersecurity and intelligence; including the management of cyber & Intelligence business area, networking and military-grade data protection’s product engineering, encrypted navigation services engineering (specifically for the European GNSS GALILEO), as well as cyber competence center for protection of critical infrastructures operating in national and international contexts.

Lucie Cardiet is a Cyberthreat Research Manager at Vectra AI with a focus on attacker behavior and OSINT. She creates content that exposes how real-world threats unfold, helping security teams understand emerging tactics and close critical gaps in visibility across identity, network, and cloud.
Hamza Saya
Co-founder and CTO, Qevlar AI
Hamza Sayah is the co-founder and CTO of Qevlar AI, one of Europe’s Top 100 most promising AI companies. With a strong foundation in mathematics, computer science, and machine learning, Hamza has led the design of Qevlar’s autonomous AI SOC analyst — technology that powers Global 500 enterprises and leading MSSPs. Before Qevlar, he worked on impactful AI projects across industries, combining research-driven rigor with practical engineering. Today, he’s focused on redefining how SOCs investigate threats: faster, more accurate, and truly scalable.
Nikolas Ott
Director Cybersecurity & Defense Policy, Microsoft
Nikolas Ott is the Director for Cybersecurity and Defense Policy in Microsoft’s European Government Affairs team. His portfolio includes cyber diplomacy, defense and security policy and special initiatives such as the European Cyber Agora. Previously, he worked in the cyber/ICT security team of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). He is an alumnus of the Mercator Fellowship of International Affairs and the German Academic Scholarship Foundation. He holds a M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts University) and B.A. in Political Science from the Freie Universität Berlin.
Günter Koinegg
Executive Vice President, Head of Cyber Security Services
Günter Koinegg is Group EVP at Atos, leading Cybersecurity Services globally. Based in Austria, and with over 20 years in IT and a focus on cybersecurity, the public sector, and defence, he drives business transformation and growth. He also supports the European Cyber Security Organisation in boosting Europe’s digital sovereignty, strengthening the cybersecurity ecosystem, and closing the skills gap.
