Empowering women globally
Our Atos Women Leadership Program currently supports each year over 100 women from 19 different countries to grow their leadership skills through workshops, coaching and mentoring sessions, allowing them to expand their network with talented ladies around the globe.

Our Reverse Mentoring Initiative fosters an inclusive, dynamic culture, providing a platform for talented people from underrepresented groups to share their unique perspectives with senior leaders.

Our 13 Employee Resource Groups worldwide are at the heart of driving awareness and action for diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating a culture of belonging where everyone feels supported.
