AAMP brings together Atos employees with prison leavers and people who have experiences social challenges to support them in making the transition to employment, or education and a meaningful contribution to society. The programme has supported 134 mentees, with 108 entering into jobs and education.

The programme is delivered in partnership with social value specialists, ANTZ, that has a long track record of working with organisations to deliver social impacts.

AAMP is funded through an innovative partnership with Tier 1, which has recently been awarded The King’s Award for Enterprise, that recycles and refurbishes Atos and Atos customers IT hardware.

Samantha Jones, SVP for Public Sector, Health and Life Sciences said: “AAMP has successfully reduced reoffending and helped those experiencing social challenges in seeking access to employment and training.
