Janusz is an experienced manager and innovation consultant. He is passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences, drawing on his more than 20 years of experience in IT and business. Janusz believes that business transformation requires the same ingredients that drove the golden age of exploration – namely, courage supported by knowledge and technology. In his work, he puts innovation and business creativity at the center of operations.
Before joining the Atos Digital Workplace Innovation Team, Janusz led digital transformation programs for large clients in the energy and telecom industries. He is also a member of the Atos Research Community, where he leads research in the People Experience domain.
