Together for Tomorrow
Purpose: Creating positive change for a brighter future
At the heart of the Power of We Movement is a deep sense of purpose. Our mission is simple: to drive change that benefits everyone—today and for generations to come. We believe that when we align our day-to-day work with a wider purpose we unlock the potential to create lasting change.
Community: Empowering communities to change lives together
The Power of We movement is all about people. We will enable individuals to unlock their potential, access new opportunities, and build brighter futures. Through our community partnerships focussed on digital futures we will enable skills development, and provide access to resources, we’re creating spaces for people to grow, thrive, and succeed.
People: Creating an environment where everyone thrives
Our employees are our greatest asset, the Power of We movement brings together diversity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing, to create an environment where every person has an equal opportunity to realise their potential.
Planet: Supporting sustainability for a healthier world
Our commitment to the planet is unwavering. The Power of We movement strives to reduce environmental impact and champion sustainability in everything we do. From minimising waste and reducing our carbon footprint to supporting renewable energy initiatives and responsible sourcing, we recognize that a healthy planet is essential to the well-being of future generations.
Through our new CSR partnerships, Atos is proud to empower underserved communities with the tools they need to thrive—whether through laptop donations, community volunteering, or fostering digital skills. Together, we’re not only paving the way for better job opportunities but also supporting environmental sustainability, all while working towards a brighter, more equitable future for everyone.

Atos UK&I announces new community impact partnerships
Atos UK&I is pleased to announce new exciting partnerships that dovetail with our work in digital services to help create a sustainable, inclusive, and accessible digital future for all communities, including:
The King’s Trust
The King’s Trust is working for young people, supporting 11- to 30-year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. The youth charity was founded in 1976 by His Majesty The King when he was HRH The Prince of Wales and has helped more than 1 million young people to date, giving them the skills and confidence to change their lives. Three in four young people on King’s Trust courses move into work, education or training. Becoming patrons of The Trust will enable further action, providing opportunities for our employees to use their knowledge, expertise and experience to help young people build the confidence and skills to live, learn, and earn.
Digital Poverty Alliance
Digital exclusion affects more than 19 million people in the UK, limiting access to vital services, education, employment, and social engagement. 1 in 7 adults and 1 in 5 children lack the tools, skills, or connectivity required to thrive in today’s digital-first society, and over 8 million households face difficulties affording communication services. As a signatory of the Charter for Digital Inclusion, we are committed to improving digital inclusion and work with Digital Poverty Alliance to ensure our donated laptops reach those most in need.
SmartSTEMs
SmartSTEMs exists to inspire the next generation about Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) through effective collaboration between industry and education. Working across the UK SmartSTEMs vision is that every child in the world, regardless of age, gender, background, ethnicity, religion, or location, will have equal and fair access to STEM education and career opportunities. We are excited to be co-delivering a number of events that motivate children to pursue STEM subjects.
Business in the Community
In 2024 Business in the Community supported 8.1m people to thrive better at work, made 1.2m jobs more accessible and reached 500k employees through the Race at Work Charter. Through our membership of the UK’s largest and most influential responsible business network we are committed to taking practical actions to build a fairer, greener world.
GreenTheUK
Tree planting can have a profound positive impact on communities in multiple ways, both directly and indirectly, contributing to environmental, social, economic, and health outcomes. We have committed that during the 2025 season we will plant 4,000 trees in UK woodlands, and 300 trees across NHS sites to improve patient spaces.
