Atos declared WeAreTechWomen 2020 Company of the Year

Atos UK and Ireland has been named winner of the WeAreTechWomen’s TechWomen100 Company of the Year Award for 2020.

This award recognises the ways in which Atos supports talented women to build rewarding careers at all levels. In a year which has been challenging across all industries, Atos is recognised as having focused on creating an environment in which diversity continues to be celebrated with focus on gender balance enhancement continuing unabated throughout the organisation.

Nikki Kelly, SVP Public Sector & Health, Atos UK and Ireland said: We are truly grateful to be recognised with this award. The representation of women in the tech industry remains far too low and I’m pleased that Atos considerably outperforms the industry in the UK with 40 per cent female representation. We are not resting on our laurels however and will continually work towards further improving representation of women at all levels across the business.”

In parallel to the company award, WeAreTechWomen100 search and identifies the best female tech talent in the country, showcasing remarkable women in the industry. Atos is again proud that the winners for 2020 feature two employees for their personal contributions: Kaysee Sahni and Ivana Skerlikova.

These awards reflect the contribution of many employees, and follows Atos recognition as a Times Top 50 Employer for Woman in the UK and Ireland, and the Atos Summer Camp being awarded at Global Women in Telco & Tech Awards 2020.

Diversity & Inclusion is embedded as one of the key elements of the We are Atos strategy, helping to create the best employee experience and make Atos a fantastic place to work. The We Are Allies programme and the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, launched in 2020, is built to support every individual at Atos, in the spirit of togetherness.
