Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, was ranked first in the most recent edition of the yearly BeLux IT Sourcing Study conducted by Whitelane Research, in the category ‘Data centre, managed infrastructure and hosting’ and in the category ‘End-user services and collaboration solutions’. This client satisfaction survey, the most representative in the market, investigates more than 550 unique IT outsourcing relationships held by over 200 of the top IT spending organisations in Belgium and Luxembourg. All industry sectors are represented.
Best in ‘Data centre, managed infrastructure and hosting’
With a satisfaction score of 77%, Atos reached the Number 1 position in the category Data Centre, Managed Infrastructure and Hosting, compared to an overall average satisfaction of 69% for all Service Providers in BeLux.
Best in ‘End-user services and collaboration solutions’
Atos also received the highest satisfaction score in the category End-User Services and Collaboration Solutions. With a score of 80%, Atos remained well above the average of 75%. This score also constitutes an increase with 5 percentage points compared to last year.
