Atos, ein international führender Anbieter für die digitale Transformation, hat heute das Ergebnis für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 bekannt gegeben.

Thierry Breton, Chairman und CEO von Atos, sagte: “2018 ist ein sehr wichtiges Jahr für Atos gewesen, da die Gruppe ihr globales Profil und ihre Leistungsfähigkeit signifikant gestärkt hat. Das ist vor allem durch zwei signifikante Übernahmen ermöglicht worden: Syntel im Bereich Digital Services und SIX Payment Services im Bereich elektronischer Zahlungsverkehr.

Auf der Aktionärsversammlung am 30. Januar startete Atos mit ADVANCE 2021 einen neuen Dreijahresplan. Er setzt auf einer neu gestärkten Position als internationaler Digital Services Anbieter auf und zielt darauf ab, die Kunden-Zentrierung durch einen verstärkten vertikalen Go-to-Market-Ansatz auszubauen. Als Teil dieses Plans verkündete Atos außerdem seine Absicht, 23,4 Prozent des Worldline Aktienkapitals an die Atos Aktionäre zu verteilen und zwei börsennotierte globale „Pure Play“-Marktführer mit verstärkter strategischer und finanzieller Flexibilität zu schaffen.

Dank dieses Plans bin ich zuversichtlich, dass Atos über die nächsten drei Jahre hinweg einen erheblichen Mehrwert für alle Stakeholder bieten wird, und dies mit einem organischen Umsatzwachstum von 3 bis 4 Prozent, einer Profitabilitätsrate von ca. 13 Prozent im Jahr 2021 und einem freien Cashflow von 1,2 bis 1,3 Milliarden Euro.“
