Order to Cash – Elena Diamandieva, manager
We are a colorful driven team of O2C ninjas responsible for a set of business processes that involve receiving and fulfilling customer orders and requests for telecom products and services, invoicing, and analyzing the financial aspects of those purchases and driving cash collection to secure company’s cash inflow. We are highly qualified in business communication, we value company culture and our commitment goes beyond and above business-as-usual. But above all, we are good humans.
Accounting – Kalin Tomov, manager
The accounting department consists of motivated and open-minded professionals, performing various finance tasks, within three different streams – General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. We are proud to be servicing more than 20 reporting entities in around 10 EU countries + the US. Following the Lifelong Learning concept, many colleagues go for professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/CFA students and members) and/or foreign language education (5 EU languages covered within the team) – being actively supported by the company. Always striving to maximize customer satisfaction while at the same time contributing to our employees’ personal and professional development.
Supply Chain – Kevi Karageorgieva, manager
The core processes of the Supply Chain organization are concentrated in the Global Business Service Center, providing essential support to the UCC division. The performed tasks help control and reduce costs; allay risks, such as late shipments & logistical errors; improve customer delivery service and communication. The local structure is cooperating actively with significant business towers such as Sales, Procurement, Head Quarter, etc. The established communication chain is ensuring a smooth collaboration between the different departments. As our primary goal remains customer satisfaction, our efforts are being invested in the successful onboarding and accurate training on our team members. The wide area of subject matter experts covers the portfolio and is seeking for process optimization. New projects are delivering the opportunity for additional qualifications and very large networking in the company. The active usage of SAP and additional ERP systems and the development of new tools is guaranteeing technical effectiveness.
Treasury & Credit Control – Irina Madoleva-Iossifova, manager
Treasury teams are dedicated to delivering treasury related reports for decision-making purposes to top-level ATOS management of different GBUs. Our daily activities include liquidity management (i.e. monitoring of loans and intercompany receivables and payables), cash flow management and reporting (data consolidation, reconciliation, and group reporting). The teams work in tight cooperation with the Treasury Managers of the local entities and support the business with relevant regular and ad hoc analysis.
Credit Control teams provide end-to-end credit control services in different European languages following the internal ATOS Credit Control policies. Our Credit Control specialists support the local treasury and sales management teams through various direct customer contact techniques and ensure the smooth cash collection process. The Credit Control teams are responsible for providing valuable insight into the expected collection flows and risky items.
Admin & Facility – Daniela Tasheva, manager
The Admin & Facility’s team main objective is to create a beautiful, cozy, and productive office environment for our colleagues. We take care of all administrative requirements, logistics, technical maintenance, security…., and some IT support as well. So, in case you have any issues or ideas regarding your workspace, equipment, or overall environment, you can always reach out to us. And even though we always have our hands full, the Admin team never misses an opportunity to have some fun, in the office or outside.
Controlling – Lucho Petrishky, manager
