About Jasmina Khanna

Software tester

Jasmina is a software tester at Atos, where she brings her expertise in web and database testing to deliver high-quality solutions. She joined Syntel Pvt Ltd in 2010, which later became part of Atos.

Living with cerebral palsy and a wheelchair user, she types with just one finger – her left index finger – yet has built a successful career as a software tester.

Educated at ADAPT, a special school in India, Jasmina went on to study political science at St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai, then graduated with a master’s degree in sociology from Mumbai University.

Beyond her role at Atos, she focuses on activism for accessibility and equality for people with disability in India, where understanding of disability inclusion remains limited. She is also passionate about driving positive change in the disability sector in India, co-founding NGO Access To Hope alongside her good friend Dr. Sanket Khadilkar, a physiotherapist by profession and fellow accessibility champion who shares Jasmina’s passion and zeal.

Jasmina believes every accomplishment starts with a decision to try – and that, with opportunity, people with disabilities can thrive and contribute and should not give up easily.
