Step 2 – Screening
We will carefully review your profile to match your skills with the role’s needs. If you’re a great fit, we’ll reach out to move forward. If not, don’t worry—when you apply, your profile is added to our candidate database, so we can keep you in mind for new roles as they come up.
We may reach out to gather key details, like salary expectations and availability. You also may be invited to take an online assessment to help us get a better picture of your potential!
You can keep track of your application as it moves through the process, update your details, or even withdraw your application anytime through your candidate portal.
Step 3 – Interview
Our interviews may vary depending on the role and location, but they all share a common goal: getting to know you better: your technical expertise, your approach to problem-solving, and how well you fit with our values.

1. What qualities, degrees or training do I need to work for you?
There’s no single requirement here. We look at you as an individual—everything from your skills to experiences—and not every role requires a four-year degree. Each role has specific requirements listed in the job description.

3. Do you have an Employee Referral Program?

5. I can’t find the role I’ve been asked to apply for. How can I find it and apply on the website?
Start with a keyword search on our Careers job search page Join Us – Atos. If you can’t find the job, ask your contact for the associated job number. Then, search using the job number to apply.
6. I forgot my username/password credentials. How can I get them back?
After you click on the Apply Now button, choose ‘Forgot your username’ or ‘Forgot your password’ to access the recovery process needed to retrieve them
7. I need accommodations for my application or interview process.

The application process is quick and efficient, taking no more than 10 minutes.
9. How long will it take to find out if I’m moving ahead in the hiring process?
