Since 2003, he works for Evidian as a Senior Expert and Technical Leader in identity management for on-premises and SaaS solutions. He has contributed to multiple patents in the cybersecurity domain and won two Atos Inventors’ Awards in 2014 and 2020. Zisis Tsiatsikas

Zisis Tsiatsikas holds a Ph.D. in network security from the information and communication systems engineering department at the University of Aegean, Greece. He started his professional career as a junior researcher and was also a lab teaching assistant in the same department between 2012 and 2016. Zisis worked as an R&D engineer for the NG9-1-1 project at Unify-Atos where he was chosen Inventor of the Year for 2019-2020 for filing the highest number of patents. He has filed more than five patents between 2019 and 2020. Since January 2021, he has worked for the Atos Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) patent and innovation office as a patent engineer.

Sofia Anagnostou studied Electrical and Computer Engineering in the National Technical University of Athens. After completing her post-graduate studies and receiving an MBA degree in the Athens University of Economics and Business, she started working in Siemens Enterprise Networks as a Software Engineer in 2004. She has since served software development in the telecommunications area from several positions. In 2018 she became a Scrum Master in one of the Next-Generation 9-1-1 development teams in Atos UCC. Since 2019, she has been working as a Software Development Manager and Product Owner in the OpenScape Voice and ESRP products, in the Atos Public Safety Solutions sector. She has filed numerous patents and is an Atos Inventor since 2018.

Thanasis Pagonis
System Architect and Senior Digital Expert, Unified Communications and Collaboration

Thanasis Pagonis is a System Architect with demonstrated experience in information technology and is responsible for designing Next-Generation 9-1-1/1-1-2 solutions. Before joining Atos, Thanasis worked with Intracom Telecom, where he developed software for broadband wireless systems. Thanasis monitors Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) activities in real-time applications and is passionate about applying ML/AI in business-critical applications. Thanasis is an inventor, having filed several patents and has been awarded for an invention related to NG9-1-1 at Atos Innovation Week 2021.

 Dr. Kaoutar Sghiouer

Dr. Kaoutar Sghiouer
Authoritative Advisor, Group AI

Kaoutar is a Distinguished Expert in data intelligence and is a member of the Atos Scientific Community. Kaoutar has a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence and has worked as a university assistant professor. Kaoutar joined Atos in 2011 in the Big Data and Security (BDS) division. She has held various positions in the Atos AI team, including a Global Chief Data Scientist, AI Product Manager, and Data Science Manager for BDS France.

Kaoutar continues to collaborate with universities, teaching artificial intelligence courses and co-supervising doctoral theses. She remains very active in research by publishing articles and speaking at conferences. Kaoutar also has 14 patents to her name. She is committed to promoting diversity by mentoring and training women at several organizations and promoting the digital profession among young girls at schools, universities, recruitment forums and seminars.

He is passionate about open innovation and keen to develop strong collaborations with research institutes and academics. Pierre joined Atos in 2018 as a technical leader and has filed five patents for the Cognitive Data Center project. In 2021, he built SEED, a team dedicated to measuring and reducing HPC and big data carbon footprints. He is also a member of the Atos Expert Community as a Senior Expert.

 Emeric Dynomant

Emeric is an engineer with extensive experience in both research and business. He joined Atos in 2019 as a Senior Data Scientist and he has been the main machine learning (ML) architect for the Atos InnoLab in Grenoble since 2021. He has a keen interest in natural language processing (NLP) technologies and has worked as a developer in ML Ops since 2015 for different companies. Emeric has collaborated on three patents filed for the Cognitive Data Center project. He is involved in horizontal workgroups and a member of the Data Intelligence Expert Community.

Simon Martiel
Distinguished Expert in Quantum Computing

Simon Martiel obtained his Ph.D. in theoretical computer science from Université Nice Sophia Antipolis in 2015. During his Ph.D. and postdoctoral research, he studied the relations between theoretical physics and computability theory, and more particularly the design of spatially constrained computational models, such as Cellular Automata, in non-Euclidean geometry. Since 2017, he is a researcher in the Atos Quantum Lab, studying quantum algorithms and quantum circuit compilation. He is the author of numerous patents on techniques for compilation and optimization of quantum programs.

Arnaud Gazda

Arnaud Gazda joined Atos in 2018 after a university course at Mines de Saint-Etienne followed by a specialization in Quantum Computing at Télécom ParisTech. He is a Senior Expert Researcher within the Atos Quantum Lab, he is one of the architects of the Quantum Learning Machine – Atos’s flagship product in Quantum Computing – and designed a Quantum Computing as a Service (QCaaS) platform. Arnaud filed also numerous patents on optimization of quantum programs.

Thomas Ayral

Research Engineer, Atos Quantum Lab

Dr. Thomas Ayral obtained his Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from Ecole Polytechnique and CEA Saclay in 2015. During his Ph.D. and subsequent postdoctoral appointment at Rutgers University (New Jersey, USA), he developed new algorithmic and computational approaches to the fermionic many-body problem and strongly correlated materials. He is now a Research Engineer in the Atos Quantum Lab in the Paris area, where he works on physical models for quantum hardware and numerical simulation methods for noisy quantum systems as well as applications of quantum computing.
