Atos Wins “Innovation & Technology of the Year” at the Service Desk Institute Awards 2026

Atos, a global leader of AI-powered digital transformation, today announces today that it has won the “Innovation & Technology of the Year” award at the SDI Awards 2026, organized by the Service Desk Institute (SDI) from March 18 to 20 in Birmingham, UK.

The Service Desk Institute is one of the most respected authorities globally in IT service management and service desk operations. Its flagship event, SDI Spark, brings together thought leadership, innovation showcases and the prestigious SDI Awards, which recognize outstanding achievements across the global service management community.

Earlier in the process, two Atos submissions were shortlisted in the Service “Transformation of the Year” and “Technology and Innovation of the Year” categories, already representing a significant achievement. Following the shortlist announcement, Atos attended the SDI Spark event in Birmingham last week, joining industry peers for the awards gala evening, and was proud to learn that it had won the Innovation & “Technology of the Year” award after a thorough review by SDI experts.

This “Innovation & Technology of the Year” recognition highlights Atos’ commitment to pushing boundaries in service delivery through advanced technology and forward-thinking solutions, reinforcing its ability to combine innovation, automation and operational excellence to deliver measurable impact for clients.
