Atos Great Place to Work® survey shows increase in positive feedback and continued improvement year-on-year

Paris, France – January 20, 2023

Atos today announces the initial results of its global 2022 Great Place to Work® (GPTW) survey, which shows an increase in the positive responses from its employees. Since Atos started the survey in 2011, it has seen a steady and sustained improvement year-on-year.

For example, in the 2022 survey 68% of employees agreed with the statement that ‘Taking everything into account, i would say this is a great place to work’, an increase in 5 points from 2021. Similarly, the Trust Index©, representing the average score for 60 core questions across the 5 key dimensions of credibility, respect, equity, pride, and camaraderie, increased by 4 points, to 70%.

These results are a testimony to the teams’ support of Atos’ transformation plan and projected carve-out, and their trust in the management to bring it to fruition.
