Atos completes its managed exit of its Russian operations

Atos has ceased its activities in Russia as of September 14, 2022, in accordance with the Group’s previous commitments.

Atos has finalized an agreement transferring ownership of its activities in Russia to the local management, who will deliver services and operate under an entirely independent organization and brand.

Atos does not have activities in Ukraine. From the very beginning of the conflict, Atos has been fully dedicated to guaranteeing the safety of its employees as well as ensuring business continuity for its clients.  We have been providing support to the refugees in countries bordering Ukraine through local subsidiary initiatives and employee fundraising across the world for the International Red Cross and other local charities providing relief and support.

The Atos activities in Russia represent less than 0.4% of the Atos group’s revenue.
