Atos X

Atos X

Atos X is an internal competition, giving an opportunity for employees to share their “Digital Shockwaves” stories in a TED style speaking event. Atos X is part of our Learning Faster initiative which ensures we continuously adapt to the ever changing business environment. The initiative creates valuable thought leadership that helps position Atos as the trusted partner for our clients in their Digital journey and participants benefit from coaching from senior internal mentors to develop their ideas. The competition is open to all, including our graduates, interns and apprentices.

Sam, Business Operations Graduate

Competing in Atos X has to be my favourite moment from the graduate scheme. I chose to talk about the Ethical Ramifications of Big Data, a topic that really interests me. The process of crafting and refining a talk really allowed me to express my creativity and then deliver that to an audience of my peers and senior management. It was also a brilliant chance to connect and collaborate with other graduates who were taking part in the competition. As a result of competing I was invited to join the Atos – Google AI Lab which has been a fantastic experience to further develop and accelerate my career.’
