On Thursday 13th October 2022, the first ever Atos Leading Ladies Brunch took place, organised by Team Atos, this year’s Million Makers team. The goal of the event was to empower individuals who identify as female or gender non-conforming, aid in expanding their network and raise vital funds for The Prince’s Trust. Keynote speakers included individuals highly distinguished in their field such as:

  • Mwende Mbevi, The Kenyatta Trust CEO
  • Qabale Duba, ‘World’s best nurse’ Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award winner 2022
  • Chloe Westley, former Advisor to the Prime Minister
  • Omar Mir, Special former Advisor International Affairs – WWT Executive Board and President & Managing Director GSP Alliances & Telco International
  • Carmel McConnell MBE, M.MBA, Founder of Magic Breakfast, and bestselling author of ‘Change Activist’
  • Sol Escobar, CEO of Give Your Best

This event showcases Atos’ commitment to amplifying gender diversity in the tech field. The brunch was sponsored by Nikki Kelly, Head of Digital for Northern Europe & Asia Pacific and Senior Vice President, Public Sector & Defence and Big Data Security, who stated: “I’m passionate about championing female and gender non-conforming talent, especially within technology. In a male dominated environment, having the ability to sponsor and empower talent to reach their goal, whatever it may be, is truly inspiring. It was an incredible event with impactful speakers. I can’t wait to do it all again next year.”
