Times Top 50 Employer for Women: A Year of Change

We are so delighted to have made the Times Top 50 Employers for Women list for the second year running. This recognises our hard work and signifies how committed we are at Atos in ensuring our culture is fully diverse and inclusive. This achievement is one of the many reasons I am proud to work for Atos.

As a market leader, it is essential that we employ a workforce that reflects society and our customers. As part of our global diversity and inclusion strategy, our UK Gender Programme is now benefitting our employees across the world. This is not just an internal facing programme, we are committed to promoting the value of diversity and inclusion to suppliers, clients and employees through events such as the diversity and inclusion expo.We also support our customers’ ambitions in this space. Our dedicated UK Gender Programme and steering committee covers the full employee lifecycle, with actions attached to all areas.

Times Top 50 Employer for Women: A Year of Change – Nikki Kelly

Winning this award for a second year shows that at Atos, we continuously challenge ourselves when it comes to the type of business we want to be and the working environment for our employees.

Tremendous effort across our business has been put in to ensuring we are on a journey of continuous improvement in our goal of being a fully diverse and inclusive workplace where employees feel included and they can perform their best and add value.

I have personally been heavily involved in both the creation of our ambitions and the actions that are in place to help us achieve them. Our UK&I CEO is very passionate about this and leads from the front in terms of diversity and inclusion, with full support from the UK&I Exec. We have also become members of the 30% club this year, which further shows our commitment. The 30% Club is a global campaign led by Chairs and CEOs taking action to increase gender diversity at board and senior management levels.

We still have more work to do within Atos and diversity and inclusion will remain a key focus across our business, with support and drive from many of our employees in bringing our action plan activities to life and improving on them.
