Vaibhav is a seasoned Presales Specialist and Insurance Domain Expert with a 20+ years’ track record of successful customer pursuits, responding to large bids, solutions and bid management support, with a strong understanding of the outsourcing market, global trends and new-age technology domains, including AI. He has extensively liaised with customers to understand business needs, craft focused solutions, create insurance journeys maps, points-of-view and value propositions.

Vaibhav has deep knowledge of the Insurance business (Life & Annuities, Property & Casualty, Reinsurance) and is certified by LOMA and The Institutes (AICPCU).

Vaibhav holds an MBA in Systems from Mumbai University (India) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering. He is an avid half-marathoner and has a flair for writing and was also the editor of Atos Syntel’s Connect magazine for well over four years.
