About Sean Wells

Private Sector Sales Director

Sean is a key figure in Atos’s growth agenda in the UK private sector, leveraging a 30+ year career that spans industry, consulting, technology and finance. Sean’s career journey has  been marked by a commitment to making a difference. After qualifying as an Accountant with Aviva, he transitioned to business and technology consulting with PwC, KPMG and Atos, working at the partner level with blue chip clients globally. He then provided IT services to clients such as BP, Aon and Aviva at HP/DXC. His interim role as British Airways Head of Technology Delivery was followed by a return to Atos in 2022, where he now leads sales across the private sector.

Sean’s dedication to social impact is further demonstrated by his role as a non-executive of tech-for-good businesses, such as Reason Digital and Impact Reporting. His greatest satisfaction lies in nurturing teams and businesses and guiding them to the next stage of their journey.
