About Sarika Saxena

Business Manager Quality & Audit, and, Co-Chair of Disability Inclusion Community – India, Atos

Sarika Saxena is the committed Chair of the ADAPT India network at Atos, based in the outskirts of the bustling city of Mumbai. She worked with Tata Consultancy Service for 5 years before joining Atos in 2008. With an impactful tenure of 16 years at Atos, Sarika has navigated through various roles in Quality Management, Process Definition, end to end management of QMS (Quality Management System), Communications, Community & Competency and a lot more! In all these roles and projects, her keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence have been pivotal.  

Her passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), coupled with a drive to enhance Employee Experience, has seen her at the helm of various initiatives within the organization since she joined Atos. Having faced her chronic condition of the spine for years, coupled with some other minor disabilities & complications, she is well aware of the challenges of physical disability, its overall impact on physical and mental health & wellbeing of people. That is why she finds it very easy to connect with people with disabilities and constantly has an intention of helping them and getting all the support they need; this is where her passion finds its roots!

In the recent years, Sarika has dedicated her efforts to working dedicatedly with the Global ADAPT network and shaping the DNA sessions (All about DEI), striving to broaden awareness around Disability Inclusion for her colleagues across India & the world through all these initiatives. She is one of the first people in Atos to Self-ID, she openly talks about her own disabilities and the support she gets from the leaders and the assistive tech – that are crucial to keep her going. Through her leadership in this area, Sarika is at the forefront of fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and ensures equal opportunities for all.
