Petra has spent more than 25 years working at the intersection of technology, business, and human development.It is her mantra that successful digital transformation is not only about technology but about helping people embrace change, develop new capabilities and create lasting business value.
With academic foundations in Computer Science and Adult Education, Petra began her career in technology before moving into project leadership, consulting and organizational transformation. Her experience spans telecommunications, IT services, and manufacturing, where she has led complex transformation programs, international teams and large-scale change initiatives.
A certified Systemic Business Coach and Organizational Change Management expert, Petra is passionate about enabling organizations to navigate complexity and turn transformation into tangible results. She is recognized for her ability to bridge the gap between people and technology, helping leaders and teams adopt new ways of working, build future-ready capabilities, and succeed in an increasingly digital world. Petra is also a Guiding Core Member of the Future Makers Research Community.
