With over 25 years of experience in strategy, technology, and transformation, Norbert has advised senior executives and government stakeholders on complex, high-impact programs. His expertise spans the design and implementation of national-scale IT systems, including the creation of the French State’s IT department, the national digital identity infrastructure, and the digitized land registry for the Egyptian government.
Norbert’s leadership combines deep strategic insight with a pragmatic approach to execution. He has led major transformation programs in sectors such as defense, energy, pharmaceuticals, and automotive, delivering measurable outcomes in performance, resilience, and cost optimization. His recent work includes the deployment of data and AI strategies, including Generative AI, for critical infrastructure and industrial clients.
An engineer in signal processing (CPE Lyon) and MBA graduate from Dauphine-Sorbonne, Norbert is recognized for his ability to align business ambition with technological innovation. He continues to shape Atos’ consulting vision in France, driving value creation through sovereign digital solutions and AI-enabled transformation.
