With more than 30 years of customer-facing technology leadership, he has held senior architecture and CTO roles for Atos in Germany and for the Siemens alliance and account. His experience spans complex transformation programs, enterprise architecture, service innovation and global technology communities.
Martin focuses on translating emerging technologies into strategic business value, helping organizations move from experimentation to scalable, responsible adoption. He is known for connecting technology vision with pragmatic delivery, customer impact and organizational change. Today, his work centers on Data & AI transformation, with a strong emphasis on responsible AI, future-ready operating models and enabling leaders to turn digital change into measurable outcomes.
