About Liz Lloyd-Kendall

Liz Lloyd-Kendall is Director of Business Cases at Atos and is passionate about helping healthcare organizations understand the case for investment in technology. A chartered accountant, economist and health economist, she brings more than 20 years of experience supporting boards and senior leaders with business cases, investment decisions and transformation programs across the NHS.
Before joining Atos, Liz held senior roles within NHS England and Improvement, Monitor and the Strategic Health Authority, giving her a deep understanding of the financial, strategic and operational pressures facing healthcare organizations today. Her recent work has included major digital, EPR and new hospital programs, where she helps organizations turn complex ambitions into clear, credible and deliverable cases for change.
Liz combines analytical rigor with a practical understanding of healthcare transformation, and is particularly interested in how digital investment can improve services, support staff and deliver better outcomes for patients.
