Larisa is a global strategy and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. She joined the tech industry in 2004, shortly after graduating with a degree in Economics, and has since built an international career spanning finance, operations, and strategy.

Throughout her career, Larisa has held several senior leadership roles. She led GDC Romania, positioning it on the strategic map of the Atos Group , established and oversaw global SAP operations across three countries for Siemens account, and headed Workplace Services in Germany, managing more than 1,700 professionals delivering critical services to German customers. In 2018, she transitioned from operations into strategy, further expanding her impact at the organizational level.

She has also led the CEO Office for Atos Tech Foundations, where she drove organization-wide programs and advanced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, most notably by creating Tech Foundations’ first global diversity strategy in 2023. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Accounts and Sales Experience within the Group Growth Office, leading Accounts Governance, Client Relationship Management and the global Sales Experience strategy.

This journey led to her current role as Global Head of Strategy & Transformation – Technology, where she works closely with Group executive leadership and Global Business Lines to drive the transformation agenda and further evolve how the organization operates. In this role, she works across Global Business Lines, with partners and strategic functions to strengthen collaboration, foster co-innovation, leverage R&D, and accelerate innovation across solutions and services, enhancing how we work together to deliver sustainable growth and customer impact.

Larisa is recognized for her professionalism, strategic mindset, and strong commitment to developing people, with a particular passion for advancing women in technology. She is passionate about encouraging young people, especially young women, to explore careers in technology, regardless of their educational background.
